The Usk & District U3A was set up in 2002 to provide, creative, leisure and social activities for retired or semi-retired members of our local community and the surrounding districts. There are now more than 120 members taking part in our activities and we are continually looking to extend and increase what we can do to help our community. Our activities take place at different venues in and around Usk on a regular basis.

All our leaders give their time and expertise on a voluntary basis. No qualifications are required and none are awarded. The U3A offers the opportunity to make new friends, learn a new skill, visit places of interest or take up a new hobby.

Membership of the U3A only costs £12 a year and includes four copies of the National U3A magazine, our own newsletter, invitation to our Chistmas meal, AGM and as much involvement as you wish (a small charge is levied for each attendance at some sessions to cover room hire costs etc).
